Miranda Lambert's new bar 'Casa Rosa'

Casa Rosa, Miranda Lambert's new bar in Nashville, serves Tex-Mex food, margaritas and live music. The bar, which is located in the former home of the legendary country music venue Tootsie's Orchid Lounge, opened its doors to the public on Wednesday night.

Lambert, who is originally from Texas, said she wanted to create a place where her friends and fans could come together and have a good time. "I want this to be a fun hangout for people," she told reporters. "A place where they can come and listen to good music and eat good food."

The menu at Casa Rosa features Tex-Mex classics like enchiladas and quesadillas, as well as more modern dishes like chicken tacos with chipotle sauce. Lambert has also put her own twist on some of the cocktails, including the "Rosa Margarita" which is made with tequila, pink grapefruit juice and lime juice.
